Production and delivery estimates

Each print is made to order by a professional photographic lab. We will tell you the expected production and delivery dates when you order. Any stated fulfillment or delivery date is merely an estimate, not a guaranteed deadline. If we anticipate a material delay, we will notify you and provide an updated estimate. If we cannot fulfill your order within the delivery date, we will work with you to establish a revised date or, where appropriate, provide a refund. If no fulfillment date is stated, we will make reasonable efforts to ship the print or make it available for pickup within 30 days.

Shipping charges and sales tax

Shipping or local pickup options and their cost are shown at checkout. North Carolina sales tax applies to the full order total, including shipping, delivery, and handling charges, at the applicable state and local rate, currently 7% in New Hanover County.

When your print arrives

Please inspect your print upon pickup or delivery and keep the packaging until we respond to any concern. Damage, defects, or lost packages must be reported to Dan@firmamentlightco.com within thirty (30) days as described in our Returns and Damage Policy.
